Cold War Kids are a indie rock band from Fullerton, California, USA. They have released three EPs via Monarchy Music, and they appeared at the 2006 SXSW music festival and the 2006 Lollapalooza music festival. In 2006 they signed to Downtown Records in North America and V2 for the rest of the world. They have toured in support of Tapes 'n Tapes, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and Sound Team.
