Biography: All Time Low is an American pop punk band from Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, that formed in 2003. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Alex Gaskarth, guitarist Jack Barakat, bassist Zack Merrick, and drummer Rian Dawson.
